Delivery and Returns
We deliver in the Netherlands, in Europe and the rest of the world. For shipments outside the Netherlands we only use registered shipping methods that require a signature.
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders within the Netherlands that are in stock will be shipped within 2 – 4 working days with PostNL. For European orders a delivery time of about 3 – 5 working days applies. When a product is not in stock, this is indicated on the product page. Most items can be backordered, the delivery time then will be about 3 to 5 weeks.
We ship orders within the Netherlands via PostNL with track & trace. Once the order has been shipped you will receive an email with the track & trace link. Parcels to destinations outside the Netherlands will be shipped via DPD with track & trace and require a signature upon receipt.
Orders in the Netherlands of € 50 or more will be sent free of charge. The shipping costs for orders up to € 50 in the Netherlands are € 4.95. For orders to countries within Europe, a rate of € 19.50 applies.

We pack and ship our products with great care. However, should an order be delivered broken or damaged, please take a picture showing the condition of the package received and a picture of the damaged product. Send an email with the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact you directly.
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.
Pay attention! To qualify for return, the product or products and the packaging must be in perfect, unused and saleable condition.

Ceramics are fragile, that is why it is important to pack the products well! Pack the product(s) in the same or similar way as you received them. We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace. We take no responsibility for products that are lost during transport. When your return is received in good order and meets the conditions of return, we will refund the purchase amount within 2 weeks. The return shipping costs are for your own account.
